March of this year I photographed Clayton and Naesreens incredible, amazing and wacky wedding. The morning that day was a blizzarding white out, extremely, extremely cold, and difficult to drive in. Although my camera and I were up for it, Clayton and Nez decided to do a photoshoot in the fall instead. Not a bad idea at all!  During the summer the wedding dress didn’t make it out of the dry cleaners alive, which left us dressless for the planned photo shoot.  Now, because Clayton and Nez eat, sleep, and breathe fun, wackiness and positive energy, we were still able to pull off a hilariously fun fall photo shoot.

As a side note, Clayton is also a DJ – an incredibly good one to boot. So, for all you brides to be out there, get in touch with me for his contact information and i’ll hook you up with one of the best DJ’s edmonton has to offer.

So I usually go into every job confident in my abilities and knowing that i’ll get some great stuff without any worries.  When I met up with Breanne and Adrian down at the Kinsmen Sports and Leisure Center we got talking about things, and then Breanne tells me there are only about three photos of her that she likes. That sentence was an instant recipe for nervousness and pressure!  Anyways, all went well, and now hopefully i’ve bumped the likeable photo count up to four or five.

It was a comfortably cool and overcast evening. Being overcast always creates a bit of a challenge, but worst it ruins my plans for catching the setting sun.  Towards the end of the shoot, the sun peeks ok just barely allowing me to catch a few golden shots.
