Well, here we have it folks. After living the hard life here in Mexico Dave and Amys big wedding day finally arrived. It was an amazing day, and I am very excited to share these photos. The wedding ceremony was held on the beach of the Riu Playacar resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico on the Riviera Maya, the bride and groom both looked smokin’ hot, the dinner was delicious, and topped off with the best wedding cake i’ve ever had. All and all, it was a fantastic day.
Now that im done working, I look forward to my wife joining me tonight and spending the next 5 days with her here.
Enjoy the photos!

Amy was walked down the aisle by her brother Josh.

I find it weird that people on the beach will stop everything they are doing and crowd around to watch a strangers wedding.

Today I visited the Xamen-Ha bird sanctuary. It was alright. I left frustrated and angry at the birds. I definitely learned that I don’t enjoy bird photography one bit. Im a pretty patient kinda guy, but birds require more patience that I have. To much sitting and waiting, and birds don’t like to sit still for very long – unless they are in the worst spot possible for me to take a shot then they can sit there all day. They can also move far to quickly from one place to another making me look like a fool chasing them around the jungle.
Anyways – here are the few photos that I got. I had a few stiff drinks when I got back to the resort.
Also, whats with those certain older men in their 50′s or 60′s who sit around the pool bar with their friends hovering and hanging around and says to the bartender, “Hey, whats the FINEST tequila ya got?”, the bartender responds with “Jose Cuervo, it’s the best there is!”, the orangey tanned man then says, “That’s what I wan’t! Only the finest for my friends! Give me 5 shots! Here’s 5 pesos.”. Dude, you’re not impressing anyone – it’s an all-inclusive resort! And way to tip the bartender 50 cents.
Anyways…back to the photos!
