Friday and Saturday was the event of a lifetime for two wonderful people. Ami, genuine and outgoing, and full of personality comes from a very culturally passionate family. Lukasz, reserved, observant, and with a few tricks up his sleeve, is of a polish backround with adopted western culture. It may seem like a very unordinary match, and it may be, but spending just two days with them it is amazing to see how two culturally different people have fused themselves and families so comfortably.
Ami’s amazing makeup job was perfected by Shandune (455-9566, shandune@shaw.ca). Thank you for making my job that much easier! The gorgeous flowers were created by Petals on the Trail, and the delicious and amazing reception and dinner was held at Noodle Noodle in downtown Edmonton – i’ll definitely be there soon with friends for our own private feast!
Thank you Ami and Lukasz for having me there. And thank you to your families for making me feel so welcome and keeping my belly full! I wish you both an amazing future!

Great job Erik! I love, love, love the one of her stitting in a “forest” on the green chair. Beautiful flower shots too!
Erik, I stumbled across your photography by searching for “Western Cambodian Wedding” as I am Cambodian and my partner Australian. Your photos are a real inspiration! I think you have captured the two cultures beautifully, it almost brought a tear to my eye! Keep up the good work.
Erik, I want to express the pleasure at seeing my daughter’s floral creations photographed so very well!!
The photos are the work of a true professional!
Angie, (the florist who created your wedding flowers) strives to capture the unique aspect of the floral display and the mood that each bride wishes to present at her wedding.
Thank you for choosing Petals On the Trail for your special day!
