Hey all! Just a quick post of a few shots from Maui! I’m super tired and need to get to bed. Enjoy!
A few from Hawaii – Edmonton Photographer
February 7, 2010Taryn + Mike | Edmonton Wedding Photography
February 1, 2010Saturday was my first wedding of the year, and after a break I was definitely feeling it in my body the next day. Shooting a wedding sometimes feels like a pilates class at times!
I kicked off the year with Taryn and Mike – who met in the parking lot of Hudsons. Now, that’s as far as i’ll go with that story because I heard the story about five or six times from different people, and each time the story was a little different. However, the one consistent element from each story was how Mike never got Taryns phone number, but instead remembered her name and hunted her down on facebook.
It was an exhilarating day, perfectly coordinated by the fabulous Julianne Rapati Cragg of A Modern Proposal, the amazing flowers provided by Corals Designs, DJ services by the always awesome Revolution Entertainment, and catered by Elizabethan. A special thanks to my wife for her as usual awesomeness at helping me out on these long days.
Taryn and Mike, thank you again for having me along on your wedding day. Enjoy this small sampling of photos below.
Alana and Greg – Edmonton Photography
January 21, 2010Well, it has been a ridiculously long time since I posted any new photos to this here blogsite. It’s been a combination of being busy, getting over the christmas haze, and just not having much to post really.
Last week I headed down to Government House Park in the Edmonton river valley, and then up to the Royal Alberta Museum for Alana and Gregs engagement session. Now, excuse my unprofessional language here, but these two are a ‘fricken riot to be around. Non-stop laughs for two hours! They’re both hilarious and look great – it’s no wonder they are together. I’m looking forward to spending more time with these comedians later this year at their wedding.
Thanks for stopping by! I promise more good things to come very soon!
Just a few more shots from Mexico – more later!
December 23, 2009Here are just a few shots from our time at Isla Mujeres.

Dave + Amy: Riu Playacar, Playa del Carmen, Mexico – Edmonton Destination Photographer
December 19, 2009Well, here we have it folks. After living the hard life here in Mexico Dave and Amys big wedding day finally arrived. It was an amazing day, and I am very excited to share these photos. The wedding ceremony was held on the beach of the Riu Playacar resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico on the Riviera Maya, the bride and groom both looked smokin’ hot, the dinner was delicious, and topped off with the best wedding cake i’ve ever had. All and all, it was a fantastic day.
Now that im done working, I look forward to my wife joining me tonight and spending the next 5 days with her here.
Enjoy the photos!

Amy was walked down the aisle by her brother Josh.

I find it weird that people on the beach will stop everything they are doing and crowd around to watch a strangers wedding.
